Had a wonderful Xmas stay in a cozy hotel in Switzerland. Loved the stunning views of the Alps and being conveniently located near restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The highlight of the stay was the festive Xmas atmosphere created by the hotel, complete with decorations, carols, and a delicious traditional Xmas dinner.

The noise from the nearby train tracks, which sometimes disturbed our sleep. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall amazing experience.

Near a bus stop, easy to get around. Handy base for trip in Interlaken...

This place is conveniently located in the city center and the rooms are spacious, and the staff are always helpful regardless of the issue, and it’s just a short walk to the train station.

The hotel was a simple 3 Stars ..friendly staff Do not expect luxury rooms, but good location

Booked this hotel based on Lonely Planet guidebook's recommendation. Good recommendation indeed. Clean & bright room, spacious for 3 persons with 2 single beds & a bunk bed. Friendly hotel staff especially the reception. Hotel has a nice homey feeling to it with personal pictures of the owners hung on the wall, very cosy.

Bathroom was a bit small.

The breakfast was fantastic - we never went hungry with the eggs, fresh bread, and fruits available. the location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and close to all the sights. We loved the cool decorations in the halls of the hotel.

The staff was hit or miss in terms of friendliness and helpfulness. someone in our group ended up with a room that had a low ceiling and two skylights, which made it hard to sleep during storms.

Clean rooms, bathroom in room,quiet area, pub downstairs, extremely central situated,cosey lounge and bar area, fotos on walls of past guests doing outdoor activities...cute idea,creates familiarity, and adventurous environment at the same time.Breakfast buffet...cool idea of frying or boiling your own eggs! We only had to spend one night there due to our programme, but would deffinately use this hotel for future stays, and ofcourse as reccomendtions to others! thanks.

The staff were really friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The location was perfect. While it's not the most luxurious hotel, it was really comfortable and really homey. You get a real feel for the city and culture. We look forward to staying there again next time we go to Interlaken! We read the reviews before we went, and they were all really good, and reflected the truth. Great value for your money.

The hotel was a great value for money, with very fair prices that we considered to be a good deal. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and provided excellent service, going above and beyond to accommodate us in finding a room during a busy festival weekend. The location of the hotel in the center of town was perfect, with the gorgeous streets of Interlaken right at our doorstep. The rooms were comfortable with nice views to the Jungfrau peak, providing a magnificent mountain view.

The hotel had no aspects that could be improved. Everything was excellent.

I thought it was expensive but I think everything in Switzerland was expensive, food and travel but I loved every minute of our trip there.

It is also situated in the center of Interlaken, close to the park. the rooms are clean and spacious, with deep baths and plenty of space for adventure equipment. the hotel provides a warm and personalized service, with friendly staff who go above and beyond. the breakfast offers a good selection, and there are various facilities available to enjoy.

The hotel lacks security measures, with a reception that is often unmanned, making it less secure.
